　　塞氏是塞氏公司(Semco SA)的品牌。
　　新管理不仅是美国的专利，巴西企业Semco的管理方式，更为创新大胆。 Semco原是家族企业，做的是工业机械的传统产业，不像是能容许太多自由度的公司，但是现任总裁（他个人不承认这头衔）李卡多‧赛姆勒（Ricardo Semler）从父亲手中接下这家公司之后，就先开除三分之二的高阶主管，大胆进行一连串员工自我管理实验。

　　Semco was created in the 1950s as a company manufacturing centrifuges for the vegetable oils industry. Over the years, the company has modernized by expanding its range and investing in other businesses, moving heavily into the services area always in association and partnership with world leaders.
