其实，“The third wheel”的意思是指那些“碍手碍脚、不合时宜”的人，也就是我们汉语中的“电灯泡”。
例句：

Third person≠第三者

记住：“Third person”的意思可不是“第三者”，那是什么意思呢？正确的意思是：第三人称 。类似的表达还有：
First person 第一人称
Second person 第二人称
Third person 第三人称
例句：
'They are' is the third person plural of the verb 'to be'.
They are是动词to be的第三人称复数形式。

Think twice≠想两次
