Itpointedoutthatthepoorarethehardesthitbythepandemic. Therearehugenumbersofpeoplewithoutsocialinsuranceandmanyworkerswithoutcontracts. Therearealsomanylow-wagedwomenandyoungpeople. Italsosaidrefugees, migrants, andpeoplewithdisabilitiesneedfinancialhelp.
