公司坚持实施“科技兴企”的发展战略，建立了博士后科研工作站、湖北省氨基酸技术中心、博士后产业基地和职工培训基地，与中国科学院微生物研究所等国内十多家科研单位和大学长期开展“产学研”合作，技术研发能力雄厚，整体技术水平达到国际先进、国内领先，有五项技术获得湖北省科技进步一等奖和湖北省星火计划一等奖，共取得八项湖北省重大科技成果，先后承担国家和湖北省的火炬计划、科技攻关计划等研究课题二十余项。
公司拥有GMP证书，产品批准文号达60余个，年生产能力分别为：氨基酸原料药2000吨、氨基酸注射液3000万瓶、氨基酸口服液2000万支、氨基酸口服溶剂7.5亿片（颗、袋）、氨基酸营养酒10万斤，其中氨基酸原料药可实现全部20余种产品的直接生产和进口配套供应。公司建立了较为完善的国际、国内市场营销网络，已在全国设立了20多个营销分支机构，原料药产品出口二十多个国家和地区。
公司的发展目标是：成为中国氨基酸行业的领头羊，逐步建成“东方氨基酸王国”。
Hubei Provincial Bafeng Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Share Co., Ltd (short name:Bafeng) was founded, as a national Hi-New technology enterprise in April, 1997. Bafeng is registered with a total amount of RMB113.88 million, the shareholder is China Sanjiang Space Group (CSSG). Bafeng is chiefly manufacturing amino acid raw materials and oral liquid, injections, tablets (capsules, granules) nutritious wine concerned with amino acids.
Bafeng has always been persisting in the strategy of developing on the basis of technology and science. Postdoctoral Research Lab, Amino Acid Technology Centre, Postdoctoral Industrialized Base and Worker Training Centre had been built at Bafeng. The research and development power is comparatively strong. Generally the technology associated with amino acid is reaching the international advanced level and always keeping ahead domestically. In the past few years, 5 research subjects were awarded the first prize in terms of technological progress and Spark Program in Hubei province, 8 significant achievements were made in the area of science research. Bafeng had also been successful in hfinishing more than 20 national and provincial research programs.
GMP certificate is available, and more than 60 kinds of products had got registered number from the Administration. At present, our company’s annual output is 2000T amino acid raw materials, 30million bottles of injection, 20million bottles of oral liquid, 750million tablets (capsules, granules), 50T nutritious wine. In excess of 20 amino acid raw materials can be manufactured by the factories of the company. Relatively effective marketing net has already been established in domestic and foreign areas. Amino acid raw materials can be directly exporting to excessive of 20 foreign countries and areas.
Our objective is becoming the representative of Chinese amino acid industry and the Oriental Kingdom of amino acid as early as possible.
