New quality productive forces to boost key, emerging industries

John Ross, Senior fellow at Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China, believes that "new quality productive forces incorporate two ideas. The first is they are high value added; the second is there are the industries which are expanding in the future."
