Seventy-sixyearsago, theUnitedNationswascreatedasavehicleofhopeforaworldemergingfromtheshadowofcatastrophicconflict.
七十六年前，世界正走出灾难性冲突的阴影，联合国的创建寄托了对未来的希望。
Today, thewomenandmenoftheUNcarrythishopeforwardaroundtheglobe.
如今，联合国的男女工作人员在全球各地为推进这个希望而工作。
COVID-19, conflicts, hunger, povertyandtheclimateemergencyremindusthatourworldisfarfromperfect.
2019冠状病毒病疫情、各种冲突、饥饿现象、贫困状况、气候紧急情况都提醒我们，世界远非完美。
Buttheyalsomakeclearthatsolidarityistheonlywayforward.
这些困难也表明，团结互助是前进的唯一道路。
