Today, wehighlighttheimportanceoftransformingyouthskillsforthefutureofwork.
今天，我们要特别强调为劳动世界的未来转变青年技能的重要性。
Youngpeoplearedisproportionatelyimpactedbyinterlinkedglobalcrises, fromclimatechangetoconflictstopersistentpoverty. TheCOVID-19 pandemichasexacerbatedthesefragilities. In 2020 alone, youthemploymentfellby 39 million. Today, 24 millionyoungpeopleremainatriskofnotreturningtoschool.
从气候变化、冲突到持续贫困，这些彼此关联的全球危机对青年造成了格外严重的影响。COVID-19大流行则加剧了这些脆弱性。仅在2020年，青年就业人数就减少了3900万。如今，2400万青年仍然面临无法重返校园的风险。
Thepandemicalsoacceleratedthetransformationofthelabourmarket, addinguncertaintyandwideningthedigitaldivide. Wemustensuretherightofyoungpeopletoeffectiveandinclusiveeducation, training, andlifelonglearning. Thatrequiresrampingupyouthskillsdevelopment, whileinvestinginTechnicalVocationalEducationandTraining, broadbandconnectivity, anddigitalskills.
这场大流行病还加速了劳动力市场的转型，导致不确定性持续增加，数字鸿沟进一步扩大。我们必须确保青年获得有效的全纳教育、培训和终身学习的权利。为此，需要加紧发展青年技能，同时投资于技术职业教育和培训、宽带连接和数字技能。
ThatiswhyIwillconveneaTransformingEducationSummitinSeptemberthatwillbringtogetherworldleaders, youthandothereducationactors. Youngpeoplearedriversofchangeandmustbefullyengagedindecisionsaffectingtheirfuture. GuidedbytheUnitedNationsYouth 2030 strategy, Iurgeeveryonetoactforyouthskillsdevelopmentasapriority, attheSummitandbeyond.
正因如此，我将在9月召开教育变革峰会，世界各国领导人、青年和教育界的其他行为体届时将汇集一堂。青年是变革的驱动力量，必须让青年充分参与影响其未来的决策。在联合国2030年青年战略的指引下，我敦促所有人在峰会期间和之后采取行动，将发展青年技能作为优先要务。
Together, letusbuildamorejustandthrivingworkforce, rescuetheSustainableDevelopmentGoalsandleavenoonebehind.
让我们齐心协力，共同建设一支更加公正而生机勃勃的劳动力队伍，拯救可持续发展目标，同时不让任何一个人掉队。
