大连橡胶塑料机械股份有限公司前身为大连橡胶塑料机械厂，始建于1907年，是我国机械行业的大型骨干企业。1997年2月大连橡胶塑料机械厂整体划拨给大连冰山集团有限公司，1998年经大连市政府批准，大连冰山集团有限公司作为主要发起人以其下属的大连橡胶塑料机械厂经营性资产出资，与大连冷冻机股份有限公司、大连冶金轴承集团公司、大连金州区锻压件厂和烟台未来自动装备有限公司（原烟台气动元件厂）共同发起设立大连冰山橡塑股份有限公司。2001年8月经中国证监会批准，公司向社会公开发行人民币普通股3,850万股（其中包括国有股存量发行350万股）。公司股本总额105,000,000.00元，其中：大连冰山集团有限公司6,383万股，占60.79%，其他法人股267万股，占2.54%，社会公众股3,850万股。占36.67%。2006年1月24日，根据国务院国有资产监督管理委员会国资产权[2006]91号文件《关于大连冰山橡塑股份有限公司国有股权划转有关问题的批复》文件精神，原大连冰山集团持有的冰山橡塑6383万股国有法人股划转至大连市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会持有，大连冰山集团有限公司不再是冰山橡塑的控股股东，而大连市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会是冰山橡塑的实际控制人和控股股东。公司于2006年5月23日名称变更为大连橡胶塑料机械股份有限公司。公司于2006年7月11日完成股权分置改革工作，公司股本结构发生变化，大连市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会49,787,400股，占47.42%，其他法人股2,082,600股，占1.98%，社会公众股53,130,000股。占50.60%。

公司生产大、重型橡胶塑料机械装备，主要产品包括橡胶（塑料）密炼生产线，橡胶（塑料）压延生产线，各种橡胶（塑料）开炼机系列，橡胶挤出机系列，挤出压延法内衬层生产线，轮胎胎面（胎侧）复合挤出生产线以及适用于生产橡胶、尼龙、钢丝绳输送带的橡胶输送带压延生产线，大型平板硫化生产线等橡胶通用、专用设备，塑料吹塑薄膜（单层、多层复合、流涎及重包装）机组，塑料双螺杆挤出造粒生产线，大型塑料混炼挤压造粒机组等塑料加工、辅助加工、二次成型加工设备等200多个品种、400多个规格。产品销往全国（包括港、澳、台）34个省、市、自治区，远销欧、美、亚、澳、非等70多个国家和地区。
DALIAN RUBBER& PLASTICS MACHINERY CO.,LTD., having hundred years' history, is the leading factory and export base in domestic rubber& plastics machinery. Our company enters into Top 500 in machinery industry in China, and ranked the 13th of world rubber machinery suppliers in 2010. It took the lead in having acquired ISO9001 quality system identification as the only factory of national one-grade measuring unit. Their export products have been attested by CE identification. Thus our company got listed successfully in August 2001 and then became the first stock in domestic rubber& plastics machinery.
Our company covers an area of more than 400000mm2, and has formed the layout of three functonal areas,including main factory located at Yingchengzi, development and sales center located at Zhoushuizi square as well as machinery manufacturing base located at Changxing island.
