"SouthKoreaareoneofAsia'smostpowerfulteams. Itwillbeagoodopportunityforustolearnandtocontinueourprogress," Queirozwasquotedassaying.
Iran, havingalreadybookedtheirberthinthe 2018 WorldCupfinalsinRussia, willfaceSouthKoreaattheSeoulWorldCupStadiumonThursdayinanAsianzonequalifierbeforeplayingSyriaatTehran'sAzadiStadiumonSept. 5.
Queiroz'ssidehavehadtheupperhandagainsttheTaegukWarriorslately, winningtheirlastmeeting 1-0 intheAsianzonequalifications.
"I'veneverlostagametoSouthKoreayetandwearegoingtokeepourunbeatenrecordagainstthem. Wewilldoourbestinthismatch," hesaid.
"IranwillnotdefendagainstSouthKoreaandwewilldisplayourbestperformance. TeamMellihavealreadyqualifiedforthe 2018 WorldCupbutwearegoingtodefeatSouthKoreabecauseIbelievethatthebestwayforlearningisvictory," headded.
