我也是这个情况   楼主解决了吗

什么原因 我不知道 大概推断是上位机跟arduino通信让arduino进入下载模式的时候通信没有同步成功
这样会造成这个串口类似不识别无法上传 ,解决的办法就是拔掉这个arduino  换一个别的arduino或者usbttl win系统会识别覆盖这个端口,在拔掉 重新插上arduino 就好用了 以上原因 是我推断的 不是很确定 不过方法是有效的

亲，你说的“usbttl win系统”，是换掉这个驱动吗？

下载电路有问题，我自己画的340的原理图出现过这种情况
