To evaluate the feasibility of the recombinant lethal factorprotein(rLF)applied to the detection of serum antibody level in population for anthrax surveillance,the anti-anthrax antibody level in population was determined by indirect ELISA and the statistical analysis consisting of the comparison of relative concentrations of antibodies,t-test and the cut-off value on S/N ratio≥2.
