“Onceyoustartdippingbelowsixhours, youarestartingtoaccumulatemassivesleepdebtthatcanimpairastudent’shealthandstudyhabits, compromisingthewholesystem,” saidCreswell. “Mostsurprisingtomewasthatnomatterwhatwedidtomaketheeffectgoaway, itpersisted.”
