Good day,I am based in Venaria Reale (Turin), Italy. We are converters of paper and cardboard and are currently seeking a glue spreader unit to apply polyvinyl acetate (PVA) glue overhead (top-down application, just one side) for the lamination of paper-paper in reels (combining two paper reels into a single reel). We work with significant thicknesses and weights (600/700 grams per reel). We are interested in understanding if your unit could meet our needs. We already possess a reel-to-reel laminator equipped with unwinders, rewinders, a calendared pressing unit, and a glue spreader consisting of a metering roller and an applicator roller for acrylic glue. However, the paper path is too long, and we require an additional, preferably compact, glue spreader unit that can spread the glue from above on the paper.
