Enshi farmers harvest potatoes

Potato harvest season has begun as farmers are busy collecting potatoes in Enshi City of central China's Hubei Province. Enshi potatoes are known for their small size, with a little less starch content than potatoes in the north, which are especially good for fresh eating.
