United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed has hailed China's achievements in poverty alleviation as 'amazing,' saying other countries around the world could learn lessons from China's practices. Mohammed, also chair of the UN Sustainable Development Group, made the remarks when asked if China's model of extreme poverty eradication can be replicated in other countries especially those that have suffered most from the pandemic, geopolitics and inflation and are trying to get their people out of poverty.
