InacommentarypublishedbytheRussianForeignMinistry, RyabkovsaidtheUnitedStateshasbeenspreading "shamelesslies" aboutthemythical "handofMoscow" formorethantwoyearsanditisnowplayingthesamecardontheeveoftheNov. 6 midtermelection.
"Thisisashamefulslanderouscampaign. ItisdictatedbythedesireofsomeAmericanpoliticianstogetadvantagesininter-partysquabblesandatthesametimeputpressureonRussia," hesaid.
