I. Foreword
WJDX-70型数控变频绕线机是我廠技術人員的多年的努力，對原型產品的結構、原理進一步改進，使整機安裝更合理，操作簡便，使用更安全、性能可靠，具有自動計數，任意調速，能定量自動工作，顯示數字直觀，並有較大的適應性，是各種電機、電器、變壓器、電動工具及電工修理等行業理想的繞線工具。
該數控变频繞線機所先進的電動機和減速器、控制裝置，是機械電子工業全國聯合設計產品，是國家第十批聯合推廣的節能產品，更具有顯著的效果。該機計數係列採用國內先進的jc80 型電子計算控制器，其全部採用CMOS雙列直插式數字集成電器，內部大量採用無觸點控制，並能在較差的環境下可靠的工作。

二、主要技術指標

1、工作环境：

WJDX-70型 数控变频绕线机使用说明书 三、基本工作原理
该系列绕线机主要由负载电机、变频控制器、计数装置及起动装置。
当输入电源通电后，合上K电源指标灯X1亮，变频控制面板指标灯亮，表示各装置电源接通，然后拨动计码盘置需要数目，按起动QA此时工作指示灯亮，，再调节变频器控制面板上的旋扭，数值加/减键调整转速的快慢，直到自已认可转速为宜。再开始按下起动按扭，用脚踩脚踏开关（认清正转反转）机器开始运转，当转速圈数达到设定数值时，计数器动作，断开接触器，从而完成一次定置绕线。若绕线时需要紧急停机请按红色停止急停按扭；进行第二轮工作时，需按下计数器清零键，（如计数器设置在自动状态就不用清零）显示板恢复零位，再行操作。（主要技术数据和电路图请参看变频调速器使用手册）

四、调试与运行
1、安装
a、选择好固定地点，做好地脚螺钉
b、垫平机身（水平误差±0.05MM）
c、栓紧地脚螺姆。
d、布置好电气线路，强制机体接好接地线，否则运行时机体会带有感应电。
2、试运行（空载）：注意电源是否符合技术要求，保证输入接线的正确，待准确无误后方可试车，接通电源开关K，合上K1拨动计数器为任意值，将控制器面板的数值加/减按键将频率调置400HZ以下，然后按起动按钮QA。电机运转后，再将控制器面板的数值加/减按键将频率调置适当转速，观察计数显示，至额定值自动停车方属正常。
3、 绕运行：须在试车正常方可进行绕制：
a、选好所需的线模及线规。
b、调整好显示装置。
c、确认妥当后，按起动按钮QA进行绕组
d、绕制工作完成后，离岗前请切断电源。

2, the test run (no load): Note that power meets the technical requirements to ensure that the input wiring is correct, only after the test to be accurate, power switch K, K1 struck close the counter to any value, the controller panel value plus / minus buttons to adjust the frequency set 400HZ below, then press the start button QA. 3, run around: to be normal in the test before proceeding with the winding:
a, line mode and selecting the required wire gauge.

d, winding is completed, cut off the power before you undergo.
五、维护及保养
1、传动机械，每半年须加油1次
2、在停放长时间后，须进行全面检查试车后，才能运行。
3.变频器出厂已设置，请不更改参数程序，否则会造成不能起动。
4、更换元件时，必须注意元件规格及型号。

六、质量保证
1、从设备安装投入正常使用起后满1年为一整年，在该期间内如因制造原因出现质量问题，由本单位无偿负责包修。
2、设备在保修期内出现故障，不能正常使用，本单位在接到通知后72小时内到达现场。
Sixth, quality assurance
