1. ImplementationofStrategiesSupportintheimplementationofthoseinitiativesdesignatedbytheC.I.OandIS&SOrganizationDirector.ProjectmanagerofthoseinitiativesdesignatedbytheC.I.O.andIS&SOrganizationDirector.SupervisionandAnalysisIncollaborationwithothersmembersoftheprojectsassurethattheimplementationofthedifferentfunctionalitiesareaccomplished.Helpemployeescreateprojecttimelinesanddeadlines.Testingofnewtoolsbeforeimplementationandproposeimprovements.ControltheServiceLevelDevelopandmonitorKPItoevaluatethequalityoftheinformationandthelevelofusageofeachapplicationafterimplementation.Develop,maintainandreporttheprojectplansstatusandothermetricsforthedifferentprojects.ManageStakeholdersexpectations.Recommendtraininganddevelopmentsystems.Trainingofusers.Supportendusersduringimplementationofanytool.ShareBestPracticesDiagnosepotentialorganizationalproblemareas.Identifyprocessesdoneinanorganizationtoseeiftheycanbeusefulinothersinordertodevelopandexpandthisprocessestoanotherorganization.Createandbepartofdiscussionforumsorientatedtotheidentificationofwaysofimprovingefficiencyofprocessesand/or,qualityofinformation.
